KP Judicial Academy Hosts Orientation on Secretariat Procedures for High Court Officers (May 26, 2025)
Peshawar, May 26, 2025 — In line with the directions of the Peshawar High Court, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy conducted a one-day orientation session on Secretariat Procedures for newly appointed Principal Officers, including Members and Additional Members of the Inspection Team, Research Officers, and other key administrative personnel of the High Court.
Ms. Hina Khan, Director Instructions, KPJA moderated the session.
The session aimed to strengthen the administrative competencies of court officers and ensure strict adherence to institutional protocols critical for maintaining procedural integrity in both judicial and administrative domains.
Participants received in-depth training on Secretariat Instructions, official correspondence standards, and the file management system—all essential to the effective and transparent operation of judicial offices.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Hifz ur Rehman, retired Secretary, who served as the resource person and shared his extensive experience in public administration and court procedures.
