practiced as a lawyer for two years. Was inducted in Judiciary as Civil judge in 1995.
since long 30 years. Served at Peshawar Mardan and Haripur as Senior civil judge dealing all kind of civil, criminal, family cases besides administrative work and twice won Award of Best Civil judge n best Senior Civil judge In Incentives & Rewards policy of PHC.
Also got beaurucratic experience as Deputy secretary And as Joint Secretary (LAW) in Ministry of Interior Islamabad dealing with International Treaties/Agreements including Extradition Treaty. TRANSFERS of Offenders Agreements, Managed Migration , Readmission Agreements, Mutual legal Assistance Treaties, n travelled many countries to negotiate the above Agreements n got International exposure. Dealt mercy Petitions from all over Pakistan n prepared summaries for PM and president. Drafted Mutual legal Assistance Act Pakistan .As Additional MIT and As Incharge National Judicial policy Committee PHC n compiled a report on prisons of kp for Sc.Aa Additional sessions judge Peshawar,Swabi & Mansehra..was appointed as Judicial Commission by Supreme Court of Pakistan in Kohistan video Scandle and submitted report . did a seven days trainings on International Human Rights Standards on Victim and witness Protection in Criminal Cases at Hague ,Netherlands Served as joint secretary Law &Justice Commission of Pakistan and did research work including publications of a Book Maseeha i Adl, which is a translation in urdu of 115 land mark judgements of the Supreme court of Pakistan. Was promoted as Sessions judge, and since 2015 served as Consumers court Haripur, sessions judge Charsadda where completed project of 116 canal Judicial Complex and it's inauguration. .was recognised as best sessions judge by the PHC in a presentation of the registrar. As judge Accountability court Peshawar and as a district judge Tor Ghar.since then Serving as Consumers court. ATTENDED trainings and seminars gave presentations and lectures in FJA and KPJA .conducted trainings of civil judges at Peshawar and Haripur. Attended 15 days leadership course and two weeks JEAM course besides judge got courses.
