Niaz Muhammad Khan belongs to Mansehra. He joined service as civil Judge in 1988 by securing first position in PCS (Judicial) and retired in 2018 as Chairman KP Service Tribunal. . He remained on different judicial and administrative positions in KP including District & Sessions Judge Abbottabad and Swabi and also as Registrar Islamabad High Court and Supreme Appellate Court Gilgit-Baltistan. He is visiting faculty members of almost all the Academies of the province and some other academies of country. He framed many service rules for establishments of different courts. He is also author/compiler of six books with the following names.
