KPJA Successfully Concludes One-Week Training on Leadership & Management for District & Sessions Judges (24 - 29 November 2025)

Peshawar, November 29, 2025:
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy successfully concluded its One-Week Training on Leadership & Management with Focus on Personal Wellbeing, held from 24 to 29 November 2025, attended by 20 District & Sessions Judges from across the province, including officers serving in various specialized courts.
The program opened with an inaugural ceremony addressed by DG KPJA Mr. Jehenzeb, who welcomed participants and highlighted the Academy’s mission to strengthen judicial capacity. The week that followed combined leadership development, administrative training, financial management, wellbeing modules, and practical exercises delivered by experienced experts.
Sessions during the week included leadership excellence, HR management, effective communication, stress management, and the use of generative AI in judicial administration. Participants also studied planning and development, engaged in exercises on critical thinking, and received detailed instruction on public financial management, audit processes, and disciplinary proceedings.
A full day was devoted to public procurement, where judges practiced bidding, evaluation, contract management, and documentation. The final academic sessions covered management of judicial record and physical health, emphasizing both administrative clarity and personal wellbeing.
The training concluded with a graceful ceremony. The Director General KPJA appreciated the participants’ enthusiasm and the faculty’s contributions. The Class Representative Mr. Rajab Ali Khan, DSJ expressed gratitude for the well-organized training, rich content, excellent accommodation, and the professionalism of all resource persons.  Mr. Muhammad Zeb Khan, Registrar Peshawar High Court graced the ceremony as chief guest. Certificates were then awarded to all participants.
The week-long program reaffirmed KPJA’s commitment to enhancing judicial leadership, administrative competence, and the overall wellbeing of judicial officers across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
